Humble Beginnings, Clear Vision
Our President, Glen Kennedy, co-founded Prism Engineering Inc. in 2007 and our story began in an industrial garage in Acheson, Alberta. We started with a few computers, a plotter, and big ideas to service the industry better. Back then the drive from Beaumont to Acheson was without Anthony Henday Drive! From the outset, our mission was clear: to deliver detailed, client-focused development engineering services while fostering lasting relationships based on trust, quality, and mutual success.
Our growth has been intentional and steady. We’ve remained selective in taking on new clients, ensuring that our service levels are maintained at a high level. This same philosophy applies to our team. We prioritize hiring individuals who share our values of integrity, curiosity, and long-term commitment. As a result, many of our clients continue working with us from project to project as there is consistency with staff, and we possess in-depth knowledge of our client’s unique development processes.

In 2023, Prism Engineering Inc. partnered with Enoch Cree Nation’s Corporate wing to form Enoch Prism Engineering LP, a majority Indigenous-owned firm. We are proud to play a role in the Nation’s continued development and are honoured to contribute to projects that align with their vision for the future.
